You'll never write a check or need to search for a stamp again with SCGCU's online Bill Pay service. Benefits include the following:

Our online Bill Pay service is fast and secure—we use state-of-the-art encryption to forward your information safely across the Internet. It takes just minutes to authorize bill payments from your SCGCU checking account and send them on their way.

Tired of filing bulky paper statements? Once you become an Online Banking member, sign up for free online statements and receive your account statement online. We'll send you an e-mail letting you know when your most current statement is ready to view. For your convenience, we'll begin storing up to six months of past electronic statements once you're enrolled. Signing up is easy:

  • Log on to Online Banking
  • Click on the "Account Access" button
  • Click on the "Online Statements" button
  • Read the disclosure and follow the simple directions
  • You'll begin to receive your online statement within two statement cycles

Direct Deposit

Sign up for automatic direct deposit to your Sonoma County Grange Credit Union account and enjoy the following benefits:

  • Receive your paycheck, Social Security payment, or pension payment automatically, even if you’re sick or out of town
  • Build your savings effortlessly by having a portion of your paycheck deposited into your Sonoma County Grange Credit Union savings account

To enroll in Sonoma County Grange Credit Union’s Direct Deposit program through your employer, please download and return this form to your payroll office. To sign up for recurring Social Security Direct Deposit, simply call Social Security at (800) SSA-1213 or click here to sign up online.

Audio Teller

When using the Sonoma County Grange Credit Union Audio Teller, you can access your accounts anytime, any day. Your Credit Union is always at your fingertips! All you need is your account number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), and a touch-tone telephone. Simply call the credit union's regular telephone line, (707) 584-0384, press 1 for Audio Teller, and listen while the prompts guide you through your transactions.

Using Audio Teller, you can perform the following transactions:

  • Obtain savings, checking and loan balances
  • Transfer funds between your savings and checking
  • Make payments on your loan(s) from your savings and/or checking
  • Verify deposits and loan payments
  • Make a withdrawal by teller check payable to yourself and sent to your address on file
  • Verify the clearing date of a particular check
  • Review the last 20 transactions on your checking and savings accounts

Audio Teller is easy and safe to use:

  • Call the Credit Union: (707) 584-0384
  • Enter your account number followed by the # key
  • Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • Listen to the prompts and select your transaction
  • For financial transactions, enter the dollar amount, then press the # key

A Sonoma County Grange Credit Union Debit Card is cash and a check all in one!
